  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with shipment details.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–9 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number
  • Courier company details
  • Tracking link (where available)

Customers can use these details to monitor the progress of their shipment.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation. Promotional free shipping offers may be available from time to time.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Unze Shoes is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

Courier companies generally attempt delivery two or three times. If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Incorrect address
  • Failure to respond to courier calls

the order may be returned to us and additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

7. Damaged or Open Packages

If your package arrives damaged, opened, or tampered with:

  • Do not accept the parcel.
  • Ask the courier representative to mark the shipment as "Return to Sender."
  • Contact our support team immediately and provide photos or videos as evidence.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

8. Delivery Delays

While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery delays caused by courier companies, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control may occur. Therefore, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

9. International Shipping

Currently, Unze Shoes only delivers within Pakistan. International shipping services may be introduced in the future.
